Online Refund Policy
Customers can request a refund for online payments within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days, no refund request will be entertained.

- Refunds are not possible due to a change of mind.

Order Issues & Refund Processing
- If the customer has not received their order, they must contact us on our helpline +92 319 4081696 within 24 hours for assistance with online payments, refunds, or order processing.
- Payments made via bank card will be refunded to the customer’s bank account only. No cash refunds will be provided for online payments.
- Once the refund has been processed, it will reflect back in the customer’s account within 7-14 working days.
- After 7-14 working days, if the refund is not reflected, customers are advised to contact their bank.
