• The original receipt is mandatory for returns, exchanges, and any complaints.

• Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

• Loose tablets or capsules
• Inhalers, sprays, appliances, test strips
• Baby care, surgical, dermatology products
• Baby milk and imported medicines/items
