- The original receipt is mandatory for returns, exchanges, and any complaints.

- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

- Loose tablets or capsules
- Inhalers, sprays, appliances, test strips
- Baby care, surgical, dermatology products
- Baby milk and imported medicines/items
